Privacy Policy

Last reviewed: May 6, 2026

This policy is a professional website policy structure, not legal advice. RelenshTech should have counsel review it for applicable jurisdictions and client contracts.

Information collected

We collect information you choose to provide through website forms, project requests, email, and service conversations. This can include name, email, company, service interest, budget range, timeline, preferred contact method, project details, and related messages.

How information is used

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, recommend next steps, prepare proposals, deliver services, maintain client communication, improve website content, prevent abuse, and keep business records.

Contact forms

Contact form submissions are stored as website leads and may trigger email notifications to RelenshTech. Forms include basic spam protection such as hidden fields and timing checks.

AI assistant

The website chatbot may use an AI provider to answer from approved RelenshTech knowledge, summarize conversations, and help prepare enquiries. Chat conversations, detected language, intent, lead details you choose to provide, email events, and safety logs may be stored so the team can respond, review quality, prevent abuse, and operate the service. The assistant asks for confirmation before sending emails or creating lead handoffs.

Analytics

The public website uses privacy-aware first-party event hooks for essential conversion measurement, such as CTA clicks, form starts, form submissions, chatbot opens, chatbot lead-consent events, handoff suggestions, 404 visits, blog clicks, service page conversions, and plugin download clicks. At this review date, the public website code does not include an active Google Analytics, advertising pixel, or marketing tracking script. Server logs and hosting diagnostics may still record technical data such as IP address, browser, device, referring page, request time, and error details.

Cookies

The public website may use essential cookies or local browser storage required for site functionality. The admin area uses authentication-related cookies through NextAuth. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies should not be enabled without updating the Cookie Policy and adding consent controls where required.

Third-party services

We use third-party infrastructure and tools for hosting, database storage, email delivery, authentication, media, and embedded or linked external services. These providers process data only as needed to operate the website or deliver requested services.

Data retention

We retain inquiry and client information for as long as needed for response, project delivery, business records, legal obligations, security, and support. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer reasonably needed.

User rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, or restriction of personal information. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Security

No online system is perfectly secure. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and disclosure.
